kinda want to write about something else, but can't think of anything. How about about one of these recent laws, from some smart dudes. I'm sure they really are smart, they just lack some critical information (and yes that's a twitch meme). soo... in some countries age verification has been “a thing” and my first thought is “what could possibly go wrong”. But if they really want to do this bs, can they at least provide them (as in citizens of those affected countries) a privacy friendly way to prove their age without having to give third partys your ID? I think I'm expecting too much. And probably there's no coming back from that, probably. As Rick Astley said “you know the rules and so do I”.
And it looks like EU's thinking of the children so much that they forgot to think of the adults (as in they forgot to think of their privacy). But who needs privacy when you are thinking of the children, right... right? well... spoiler alert that is not a thing. let's just say that completely slipped their frickin' mind. Hopefully EU countries governments will realise that someone needs to think of everyone's privacy, not just of the children [oh how naive you are moonwalker!].
